Procurement Specialist (Sourcing)

* Developing the sourcing strategy for Russia & Caspian;
* Analyzing the performance of the current Suppliers (vendors), developing new Supplier Base if required;
* Achieving sourcing cost savings by consolidation vendor contracts, synchronizing vendor product portfolios;
* Monitoring Suppliers' performance, making sure it comes along with the developed strategy;
* Cooperating with the regional sourcing team for Asia Pacific region to ensure that the sub-region (Russia & Caspian) sourcing strategy is in line with the regional strategy;
* Demonstrating a sever understanding of the business controls policies & procedures deployed within the Company;
* Reporting.

* University degree in Business, Engineering or similar disciplines;
* Second advanced education degree in Business Administration or similar is preferred;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain environment which includes experience in procurement and management experience;
* Significant experience of Purchase-to-Pay portion of the SAP system;
* Fluent oral/written English.
