Technical Recruitment Consultant, Oil&Gas

Brunel Energy provides specialist personnel to the international oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and construction industries. Our clients are predominantly major operating companies and international engineering or construction companies Technical recruitment Consultant

Job role:

You will work on placements for upstream and downstream roles. The ideal candidate will have already worked in recruitment in the oil & gas industry in Russia.

• Searching and matching candidates for available technical Oil and Gas jobs in Russia
• Get in contact with candidates in order to understand candidate’s skills, experience and motivations/aspirations
• Presenting suitable jobs to candidates
• Presenting suitable candidates to clients
• Client relationship development
• Taking detailed job descriptions from client and put those job descriptions in database system
• Organizing interviews and dealing with related administration
• Working to targets and ensuring that high levels of customer service are always delivered to both clients and candidates

We offer a good salary + commission structure and you will receive commission on all placements made.

1 year recruitment experience in oil & gas market/2 years experience in oil&gas in Russia
• Team player but can operate alone as well
• Understanding of the Russian oil & gas market
• Be computer literate and able to use MS Outlook and Word
• Intermediate English skills

In this role you will be responsible for: Recruitment, Business Development, Negotiating contracts with clients.
